Q. I need an urgent order of bar codes and care labels. How quickly can you supply them?

A. Our standard lead time is 3-5 days, but we can often deliver a priority order in 24-48 hours, depending on our work load at the time the order is placed.

Q. I am a start-up business. What is the minimum quantity I can place for woven labels and tickets?

A. The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces, and the cost will depend on the size, design and how many colours are required. The minimum can sometimes be lowered depending on the product. Simply contact us with more information and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a bespoke quote.

Q. What are your credit terms?

A. If we have not traded with you before, we will initially ask you to pay on a pro forma basis. Following a period of trading, subject to the appropriate checks, we can offer a credit account, and the payment terms are 30 days net.

Q. What are the lead times for woven labels and tickets?

A. Depending on the order quantity and the complexity of the designs, woven labels and tickets are usually ready and available in roughly 2 weeks from the processing of the order. This lead time really depends on your order and how busy we are, please do contact us at the time of placing your order and we can give you a more precise delivery date.

Q. Can you supply artwork, and can I approve it before production? Is there a charge for this?

A. Yes, we can supply artwork for approval for most items we create. This aspect of our service can be discussed in detail when the products are developed. If artwork is produced and we do not progress to production, there may a small charge.

Q. How do I know that I will be happy with the quality of my order before you supply the products? Can you produce an actual proof?

A. This can be done, but in some instances the proofs can be expensive to produce, and we would have to charge for this service if the order is of low volume. Depending on the product being ordered, we can supply previous samples to show the end quality. If a proof is definitely needed, then there will be a charge if we do not go to production.

Q. I would like to meet with someone from your company to discuss my requirements in detail. Can I arrange a meeting?

A. Yes, we would be pleased to arrange a meeting with you. Please contact a member of our sales team to discuss our availability.

Q. My company produces garments in many global regions. Can you supply the same products to each area?

A. Yes, we can supply all products in the locations listed on our web site, and we will of course ensure that our products are of consistent quality, regardless of their destination.
